Location: Near major transportation hubs (highways, railways, ports, or airports)
Zoning: Industrial or suitable for commercial/warehouse development, subject to rezoning
Parcel Size: From 10 to 500+ acres
Utilities: Access to power, water, sewage, and internet is a plus
