We are interested in land parcels suitable for industrial development.These may include but are not limited to:
Location:
Near major highways, railways, ports, or airports
Zoning:
Industrial or suitable for commercial/warehouse development (rezoning potential accepted)
Parcel Size:
From 10 to 500+ acres
Utilities:
Access to electricity, water, sewage, and internet is a plus
Submit Your Proposal:
