Simplicity of erection, unification of components minimizes the need for extensive labor and heavy machinery and allows the acceleration of the construction of buildings by 2-3 times.

With building heights of up to 45 feet and a clear height of 40 feet, they are also suitable for storing hazardous materials. It also allows us to install technological equipment or overhead cranes to reinforced concrete columns.

Our buildings, featuring reinforced concrete frames, are competitively priced with traditional structures and offer remarkable flexibility for adapting to various production or fulfillment technologies. The development of PNK Group’s Building Assembly Set (BAS) has spanned several years, involving continuous work and testing that persists to this day. The BAS comprises large-unit building block elements manufactured at the company’s facilities.
The key differentiator in this construction method lies in the standardized building components, facilitating seamless transportation and assembly. Most importantly, it enables the construction of industrial buildings at 2-3x the speed.
PNK Group’s multifunctional industrial buildings are suitable for various purposes: production, warehousing and distribution centers. The load-bearing capacity of the structural elements allows us to accommodate various customer’s equipment, for example, their technology or cranes with lifting capacity up to 8 tons, without complicated reconstruction.
In-House Manufacturing of Fundamental Structural Components
PNK Group’s factories in Georgia and Pennsylvania consistently manufacture standardized building components for all PNK Group projects. This process guarantees a continuous supply of essential components, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
This ongoing manufacturing process, characterized by consistency and product uniformity, provides PNK Group with the ability to maintain rigorous control over the quality of components within the PNK Group Building Assembly Set. Furthermore, it contributes significantly to the speed and efficiency of the overall construction process.
Construction Expertise
PNK Group’s partner, MS Park Construction, is a general contractor specializing in industrial real estate. Their services include earthwork, building structure erection, and concrete slab production.
MS Park Construction oversees and manages the entire construction process, from the design phase through the handover of the building to the buyer or tenant.
They work closely with specialized subcontractors dedicated to specific areas of construction, such as utilities (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and finishes, as well as earthworks, while ensuring the quality of the work and adherence to timelines.
GC MS Park Construction also prioritizes the safety of all personnel on site. They implement stringent safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations through independent consultants who conduct unannounced safety inspections.
