July 21, 2025
PNK Group has signed a long-term lease agreement for an industrial building located at 89 Enterprise Blvd, Allenwood, Pennsylvania (PNK Park Allenwood @ Great Stream Commons). The deal was facilitated with the involvement of brokerage firm Lee & Associates. As part of the transaction, ModCorr, LLC — a manufacturing company specializing in the rapid delivery and installation of modular units — has leased a 252,282-square-foot industrial facility.
The building, PNK Allenwood 4, was designed by PNK Group to meet the modern requirements of manufacturing operations. Conveniently located just 6 miles from I-80, the site offers fast access to major transportation routes, including I-80, I-180, and Route 15. The property is situated within the Great Stream Commons industrial park in Union County.
Buddy Jones, President of ModCorr, commented: “This is a key facility that will allow ModCorr to continue to expand and service our Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions. PNK provided a perfect building in a perfect location”.
Also available for lease at PNK Allenwood Park is PNK Allenwood 5, a 478,388-square-foot facility with 104 dock doors. The building benefits from KOZ (Keystone Opportunity Zone) tax incentives through 2027. It also has direct rail access and technical features that make it highly adaptable for manufacturing uses.
PNK Group buildings are known for their versatility and can be easily adapted to serve various purposes — from production to distribution. The company uses a proprietary technology that significantly accelerates the construction process compared to traditional methods. Thanks to large modular components manufactured at PNK’s own plants in Georgia and Pennsylvania,
buildings are completed faster than the industry average.
