PNK Park SEREĎ is situated on the R1 expres-sway within 11 km of the D1 motorway, which allows good access to human resources. A public bus stop is located in close proximity of the industrial park.
Fire-fighting water pump station with tanks provides a water reserve of 800 m³, in compliance with FM Global fire safety standards. There is concrete road paving for large-capacity transport.
You can choose between ready-made industrial buildings with clear warehouse height of 10 m or 12 m, which allows for the storage of 5 or 6 levels of standard europallets. The area is divided into blocks in accordance with the client’s needs and for their convenience. The blocks already have separate metering of electricity, water and heat, as well as lighting control.
